How we calculate it
  • How it works: since 2023, autónomos in Spain contribute based on real income. The higher your monthly net income, the higher the quota: from €200 (up to €670/month) to €530 (over €6,000/month).
  • Flat rate: €80/month for your first 12 months (extendable if your income stays below the minimum wage).
  • Contribution base: each bracket has a minimum and maximum base; we show the indicative minimum, which determines your future benefits (pension, sick leave...).
  • Regularisation: Social Security adjusts your quota once the Tax Agency reports your actual yearly income. If you underpaid, they'll claim the difference.
